After your order is received, we will get the best shipping rate and contact you for your acceptance by e-mail before processing the order for shipment.
Products are shipped directly to you from the factory. Please call for shipping lead time. Our freight costs are very reasonable. Trucking companies will call you before arriving to arrange a day and time for delivery. Please be on site at the time of delivery. Large shipments may be delivered on pallets and you will need to unload the truck. A forklift is generally used to offload large shipments. The pallets can also be broken open to be offloaded by hand. Most residential deliveries will need to be offloaded by hand. The driver is only responsible to get the order to the end of the truck. It will be your responsibility to remove it. This only applies to common carrier deliveries, not to UPS and FedEX type of deliveries. Delivery time: requested by customer is a target date. Actual delivery may vary based on production time and subject to any unforseen delay due to any circumstances beyond our control.Customer will be given approximate delivery time. Customer will be informed day before scheduled delivery.If delivery is not accepted at pre-agreed time, there will be second delivery charge. Customer must make arrangements to unload the material from the truck. Our drivers are not authorized to unload.
Damaged or missing goods:
The factory loads the truck with the correct items and then it is the trucking company's responsibility to get it to you in good condition and for you to check it theroughly in the drivers presence. Any damage or missing items must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. If damage or missing parts are found after the driver has left, the trucking company must be notified and a claim filed.You will need to send a detailed damage or shortage claim to us in writing via e-mail accompanied by pictures & bill of lading with notations, so that we can assist you in resolving the claim with the carrier and get their approval for replacement.
If material is returned for credit, it will be your responsibility to package the material securely and safely. If material is damaged, it will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Credit can only be issued for exactly the items received in sound condition. It is Buyers responsibility to ensure proper use and correct installation procedure. Production orders, Custom orders, Special orders and Welded orders are non-cancelable. No refunds, no returns & no exceptions can be made.
Systems are calculated according to customer provided information and are sold as package. Remaining extra parts cannot be returned for refunds or exchange.
All authorized returns or exchanges are subject to a 40% re-stocking charge and return freight, International is not responsible in any way for the quality and correctness of the installation, all quotes are subject to material availability and price fluctuations until firm order is placed by the buyer and confirmed by us.
