BUILD A CANOPY Use these handy baseball and softball backstop fittings to cap terminal posts. On the other end fit with pipe extensions to build an overhead canopy. Backstop fittings are designed to fit over 3" O.D. pipe or inside 4" O.D. pipe posts; use 2" O.D. pipe for extensions. Use for new installations or add a canopy to existing backstops. After fitting the pipe snugly, stretch chain link fabric which will secure fitting in place; there is no need for screws or bolts once stretched. Product is usually available for immediate shipping.
